Our 2018 year end (August 31) is fast approaching and the date for our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2018 @ 7:00 pm held at the Seniors Drop In Centre in Summerland. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
A Call for Nominations info sheet is shown below. Please review the document and give some consideration to joining the SPC Board for 2019. Job descriptions for the Executive positions are posted on the SPC website under the heading “About Us”.

Membership renewals are due September 1, 2018. Please download the form available under the heading “Membership” and submit your payment to Linda Curle. Linda will also be available at the AGM to accept 2019 membership renewals as well as new members.
The 2019 membership fee is $28.00/annum ($25.00 plus the $3.00 p.p. annual court booking fee as per Resolution passed at the Spring General Meeting). The court booking fees assessed by the District for the 2018 outdoor pickleball season were $3.00 p.p. based on 100 members.
